The Bloorcourt Veterinary team takes pride in building and maintaining various relationships within our community. We support local charitable causes and frequently participate in community events throughout Toronto and Northern Ontario. Giving back to our community is just as important to us as is the medicine and care we provide every day at Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic.
Dr. Mark Kinghorn writes a monthly pet care column for SNAP magazine, is a frequent guest on CP24′s Animal Housecalls with Ann Rohmer, and has been the onsite veterinarian for many past community and city events. Our team also offer their services to the Toronto Humane Society to spay and neuter feral cats as part of their ongoing Trap, Neuter, Release Program.
Our clinic is also a proud supporter of the Farley Foundation – an Ontario Veterinary Medical Association charity that helps low income seniors, women at risk and the homeless obtain care and services for their pets.
Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic is proud to be keeping up with the growing social media scene with our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages, kept up to date by our on-site social media coordinator! We use our facebook (Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic), instagram (https://www.instagram.com/bloorcourtvets) and twitter (@Bloorcourtvets) pages to update the community on events we participate in or medical issues such as environment hazards and food recalls… You can also find a funny picture to laugh at once and a while! We hold pet photo contests open to our followers, with first prize being the star as our cover photo on Facebook!
