Medication Request

Save yourself a phone call! You can request your pet’s medication by submitting the form below.

For medication requests, please remember that 7 days' notice is required. We will do our best to fill your pet’s prescription faster than this, but special order medications (especially compounded medications) can take up to a week to arrive. Rush requests may be available, but only if the medication is in stock, and a rush fee will apply.

IMPORTANT: Please note that for new prescriptions and requests of some medications, one of our veterinarians will need to examine your pet and/or check updated labwork before dispensing. This confirms that the medication and dosage is still appropriate and is not affecting their other organs.

One of our team members will contact you if we have any questions about your request, or to schedule an examination or monitoring labwork for your pet if needed. Otherwise, we will notify you when your pet's medication is ready for pickup.
