Incoming email volumes are incredibly high, so appointment requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
If your pet is sick, injured, or your concern is time sensitive, please PHONE us at 416-537-9677 so that we can help you immediately.
Unless you are requesting an appointment in several weeks, it is likely that the exact dates and times you request will not be available. To help us book you a convenient alternate appointment, please use the Comments and Questions field to indicate your general availability (dates, days of the week, times of day etc.). We will then send you an email notifying you that your appointment has been “rescheduled”. This revised appointment date and time is confirmed and reserved for your pet, so if it does not work for you please contact us so that we can find a better date and time. Missed appointments prevent us from helping another pet in need.
