**Pet Health Club™ is a preventative pet healthcare subscription based on a 12-month commitment, payable annually or in monthly instalments. If your subscription ends before the end of the 12-month term, you may be required to pay the monthly fee for the remaining balance of the 12-month term, or the amount by which the disclosed standard retail value of the benefits you have actually received exceeds the subscription fees you have paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law. What is a Pet Health Club^TM membership? 

Pet Health Club^TM is an annual vet healthcare membership that provides preventative care for cats and dogs, including annual wellness exams, core vaccinations, and 20% off most other services, including savings on regularly incurred costs such as pet food and prescription medications, and savings on diagnostic tests, x-rays, ultrasounds.

How is a Pet Health Club^TM membership different from pet insurance? 

Pet insurance is meant to cover large, unexpected costs. Often pet insurance covers the bulk of the cost of unexpected illness or injury and is not bound to a specific veterinary practice. Pet Health Club^TM covers a pet's annual physical, all vaccinations, and 20% off all other services (including surgeries and x-rays) at your Pet Health Club^TM location.

Can I sign up more than one pet?

Yes, you can sign up any cat or dog that is registered as a patient at our hospital. Membership is associated with an individual pet at sign up. Each pet needs to have their own membership in order to access membership benefits.

How do I use Pet Health Club^TM benefits? 

Pet Health Club^TM benefits, both services and discounts, are automatically applied to your invoice when one of the included services or products is purchased for a pet that has a Pet Health Club^TM membership. Your membership doesn’t have a physical card. It is connected to your pet’s patient file, and discounts are automatically applied.

Can I use my Pet Health Club^TM benefits at other veterinary practices? 

Pet Health Club^TM benefits are applicable at your selected clinic. If a transfer to another veterinary practice is necessary, we can transfer your membership and your patient files to any other veterinary practice that is part of the Pet Health Club^TM network.

Are there eligibility requirements for membership? 

All cats and dogs at any age and stage are eligible for a Pet Health Club^TM membership.

Can I cancel at any time?

Pet Health Club^TM is an annual membership. You can choose at any time to not renew at the end of your term. There is a 14-day grace period from date of sign up to cancel and receive a full refund. (Any services received during the 14-day grace period would be subject to regular pricing owed.)

We will immediately cancel your membership if a pet passes, with no charges for the remaining months on the membership. If the full year was purchased upfront, the remaining balance will be refunded.
